Frames: The frames are made from high quality rust resistant materials and are warranted to be free from defects, workmanship and/or rust and deteriorization due to weather for a period of (7) seven years from date of purchase. All of our furniture is made for outdoor use and will last for many years of use in any weather environment.

Finish: The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of three (3) years provided the Product has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear on the finish are not covered under this limited warranty. Fading or discoloration of the finish as a result of exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not covered under this limited warranty. The furniture can be cleaned easily with regular soap and water.

Cushions (if applicable): Cushions are warranted for a period of one (1) year against separation at the seams, fading or discoloration. Any exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, chemicals, dirt, or burns is not covered under this limited warranty. Your cushions can be easily cleaned with warm soap and water and a soft bristle brush and rinsed with water.

Strap Suspension Seating (if applicable): Strap Suspension Seating is warranted for a period of three (3) years against separation, tearing or a loss of elasticity; provided, however, that only the suspension seat itself will be replaced under the terms of this limited warranty, not the entire frame. Fading or discoloration of the strap suspension seating resulting from exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not covered under this limited warranty.

Resin Wicker: Straps and/or wicker weave are warranted for a period of three (3) years against separation, cracking or tearing. Fading or discoloration of the straps and/or wicker weave resulting from exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals is not covered under this limited warranty. In addition, resin wicker that is cut or sliced by the customer during or after un-packaging is not covered under this limited warranty.

Umbrella (if applicable): Umbrellas frames are warranted for a period of one (1) year against manufacturers’ defects only. Umbrella bases (if available) are not covered under this limited warranty. Damage to the umbrella frames from sunlight, wind or other natural elements is not covered under this limited warranty.

Warranty Exclusions: The following are not covered under the limited warranties set forth above: Products used for commercial, contract or any other non-residential purposes; Products which are clearance items, display models otherwise purchased on an "as is" basis; damage to the Product incurred during shipping; Products damaged by acts of nature, vandalism, fire, abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or improper assembly; fading or discoloration of the Product or any of its components resulting from exposure to oils, spills, fluids, cleaners, or chemicals; table top against breakage; buckling or splitting of tubing resulting from exposure to water and freezing temperatures; purchased or replacement parts; plastics. Also excluded: loss of use or time, inconvenience, money, travel, packaging or any other consequential or incidental damages. In no event shall the responsibility under this limited warranty exceed the value of the replacement Product. The limited warranties set forth herein are only made in favor of the original purchaser of the Product and only if the Product is purchased from one of our authorized retailers. The limited warranties with respect to the Product set forth herein are not transferable. All warranty claims must be submitted with a dated receipt of purchase within the warranty period, directly to the authorized retailer where the merchandise was purchased. For quality control purposes and verification, we reserve the right to request photographs of the damage item(s). If a product fails under the terms of our limited warranty set forth above, Modern Wicker will replace the item at no charge. Where the exact product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item. MODERN WICKER MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH ABOVE. AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE SALE, HANDLING OR USE OF THE PRODUCT. Shipping, Delivery, Damage, and Return Information:

Shipping and Delivery Information:At all the shipping and handling costs are included in the prices. Your furniture is delivered directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to your location via UPS Truck Freight or similar freight carrier. Once your order has shipped a freight company representative will call you at the number you provide during checkout to arrange a delivery date and time. Upon delivery at your location the driver will unload the the boxes from the truck. You will be responsible for inspecting, unpacking, and moving the furniture to your patio area, etc. Due to the large sizes and weight the furniture must be delivered on a freight truck. Your location must be easily accessible or they may not be able to deliver directly to your house. If this is the case you will need to either have the furniture delivered curb side or arrange another location where the furniture can be delivered.

If you do not accept the shipment, refuse the shipment, or cancel the order after the furniture has shipped you will be responsible for all return shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery process feel free to contact us and we will be happy to explain the delivery process to you.

Damage Information: Damage during shipment is a rare occurrence, but it does happen from time to time. If you notice any damage immediately before unpacking please refuse the shipment and make note with the driver. The furniture will then be delivered back to the warehouse and once received a new shipment will be sent right out. In case of concealed damage, please sign the delivery receipt and note "Pending Inspection" with the driver. If you notice any damage after the truck has departed you need to notify Modern Wicker immediately. Digital images showing proof of the damage will also need to be sent to along with a description of the damage and reference to your name and order number. Please also make sure to keep the original packaging until the damage issue is resolved. In some cases, such as with a large piece of furniture, we may need to arrange for the freight carrier to pick up the damaged item(s) and return it to the manufacturer's warehouse. All damage issues must be reported withing 10 business days of delivery. We may not be able to process damage issues with the carrier after that time frame has expired.

Return Information: If for some reason you would like to return the furniture you must call us at 866-487-8011 within 10 business days of receipt of your order. All returns must be in the original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less all shipping and handling charges and a 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. You will need to prepare your item(s) for shipment. Please repack anything to be returned securely in the original packaging. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping.

Our Customer Service Experts will then arrange to have the item(s) you want returned picked up from your home or business and inform you of the pickup date and time. Remember that shipping and handling charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
